If you need us to
winterize your camper, you must tell us by September
30th 2011.
Payment Schedule:
3% Discount is
available to those campers, who pay in full, by cash or
check only, no later than October 31, 2011
First Payment of $425.00
due by October 1, 2011
Second Payment of $400.00 due by November 31, 2011
Third Payment of $400.00 due by January 31, 2012
Fourth Payment of $400.00 due by February 28, 2012
Last Payment of $425.00 due by March 31, 2012
Seasonal Dump Option $200.00
Due at sign-up – automatic septic tank dump once a week.
Extra Adult/Child on site
$200.00 Due by March 31, 2012
All Seasonals must be paid in
full prior to April 1, 2012
Any seasonal sites not
paid by March 31, 2012 will be pulled and put in
storage.

If your site is
not cleaned of leaves by April 31st it will be cleaned
for you and you will be charged $100
If your trailer is
not washed by June 30th it will be washed for you and
charged to your site according to fee for your trailer
size.
